Individual Monthly is pay-what-you-like ($1–25/month, suggested $7) — full Ummah One bundle, cancel anytime. Annual is $50/year (two months free). Lifetime is $199 — one payment, permanent membership, gold brick on ummah.city/wall. Family is $15/month for up to 5 household seats plus a shared household ummah.me. All tiers include the @ummah.email full inbox, ummah.me profile, and 10% monthly sadaqah disbursement.

Can I cancel my Ummah One membership anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard — no questions asked. There is a 40-day full-refund window. Your @screenname is released on the same day you cancel. Any sadaqah held within your 40-day window is returned with your refund.

How does the 10% sadaqah split work?

10% of every paid Ummah One membership is automatically held, then disbursed monthly to a rotating pool of vetted Muslim charities via UmmahCauses. For a $7/month membership that is $0.70; a $1 membership gives $0.10. For a $50/year membership that is $5. Disbursements are tracked publicly at ummahcauses.org/sadaqah. If you cancel within 40 days your full payment including the sadaqah portion is refunded.

Where do my donations go?

Donations are disbursed to active vetted Muslim charities in the UmmahCauses pool, with extra weight given to under-represented categories like mosques. The full transparency report showing which charities received funds is public at ummahcauses.org/sadaqah. UMG curates the pool — no charity receives funds without active vetting status.

Is my @ummah.email inbox private?

Yes. Your @ummah.email inbox is hosted on Muslim-owned servers in Europe. Your emails are not scanned, not sold, and not used for advertising. There is no Google, no Microsoft, no Big Tech infrastructure in the mail path. Full IMAP access means you can use any standard email client — Apple Mail, Thunderbird, or webmail at webmail.ummah.email.
